About Gudauri
Gudauri is one of Georgia’s best-known mountain and ski resorts. Located in Kazbegi Municipality at approximately 2,196 metres above sea level, it offers wide mountain views, modern accommodation, ski lifts and outdoor activities throughout the year.
During winter, Gudauri attracts skiers and snowboarders with prepared slopes, freeride terrain and lift connections toward the Kobi area. In summer, visitors can enjoy panoramic cable-car rides, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and other outdoor activities. The nearby Friendship Monument, Jvari Pass and colourful travertine formations make Gudauri an important stop on the road between Tbilisi and Kazbegi. The resort is suitable for both short sightseeing stops and multi-day mountain holidays.
