About this place
The White Bridge is one of Kutaisi’s best-known river crossings. It connects central neighbourhoods and provides views of the Rioni River, the white stones along its riverbed and the traditional buildings rising above the banks.
The bridge is also associated with a small bronze figure inspired by a scene from the classic Georgian film An Unusual Exhibition. It can easily be included in a walking route through the city centre, market district and old riverside streets.
